My personal favorite has to be either Greatest Hits or Through the Looking Glass.

I was most captivated by Flashes, but I'd rate the finale as my favorite.

I voted "Tricia Tanaka is dead", because of the fun the guys were having when the van started (and also how they got to that point)... and not in the least because of how the transition was made to the moment they got back to the beach camp and told the women (minus Sawyer/Kate) how much fun it was. And the women actually smiled and were happy about it, can you believe it ?! (Claire and Sun, that is.. )

I never choose the finale because it's like, I dunno, Stairway to Heaven or Bohemian Rhapsody. Of course it's the best one, that's what they've led up to ALL year long, so I never count the finales (or the premieres, in most cases) in "my best episode" list.

So of course,

(1. Through The Looking Glass)
2. The Man Behind The Curtain
3. Greatest Hits
4. I Do
5. Flashes Before Your Eyes
6. The Man From Tallahassee

Those are pure genius.

Definitely Par Avion becuase I think Claire has the most exciting backstory and it was interesting to see her relationship with her mother. Emile is also one of the BEST actresses on Lost.

My favourite of the season would have to be Par Avion because we finally got to see more of Claire's off island life and it was really well put together.

Other favourites from the season were:
The Glass Ballerina
Enter 77
One Of Us
D.O.C
The Man Behind The Curtain
Greatest Hits

The man behind the curtain. I still get chills from Jacob and his "help me". :fear3: This whole episode was so morbid. From learning that Ben killed all the dharma crew to when he shot Locke, which I'm still angry about.:complain: . Still it was a great episode. Great writing and amazing to watch.

Yep, The Man behind the curtain for me too. I couldn't stop watching it it was so shocking in places. Brilliant acting and structure too, I thought.

Close behind would be Enter 77.

Man Behind the Curtain, but The Brig was a close second for me. Josh and Terry were awesome in that one - I got chills! But the intro of Jacob with the funhouse in the woods just left me speechless for days.

Mine was The Man Behind The Curtain. I have been intrigued by Dharma and the Others and what their relationship might be. Plus I was dying for a Ben FB. I think this epi gave the most answers and was the most overdue flashback.

The Man Behind The Curtain, The Brig, Flashes Before Your Eyes and Through The Looking Glass are the best, the last 5 or so episodesof the season were amazing.

I voted for Through the Looking Glass, but it's followed closely by Enter 77, Par Avion, The Man From Tallahassee, and The Brig. This season had a lot of really strong episodes which made it hard to choose!

My favorite is easily The Man Behind the Curtain which may have supplanted Walkabout as my favorite Lost episode ever(-and I never thought that would happen!)After that I would have picked The Brig and One of Us. There were a lot of amazing episodes this season once it got rolling so its tough to narrow down even a top five!

I have to stay faithful to my girl Shannon and vote for Expose, although there was something I loved about each and every episode. I didn't hate Piki either.
My other favorites are:
Tricia Tonaka
Through the Looking Glass
Man behind the Curtain
DOC
Stranger in a Strange Land (sue me, I liked it)
The Cost of Living (because of the ending)

The Brig. Best acted episode of Lost in it's history in my opinion.

The Finale was just "mind blowing" and the best show of the year, but it is supposed to be. I loved "Enter 77" and the "the Brig". Thast scene with Sawyer, and Lockes Dad "Sawyer" was just unreal. I was standing up when he tore up "the letter". Very underarted episode was "The Cost of Living". Eko's whole story ws one of the best ever in TV history.

The man behind the curtain.

I loved seeing how Ben's life was like on the island, I hope we see more of it. :)

i'm biased, obviously, but i really think that "Tricia Tanaka is Dead" was the greatest episode. jorge had such fantastic range of emotion in that episode. his performance was outstanding and he, dom, josh, and daniel really made us all feel good with that one.

Greatest Hits, no question. Followed closely by Flashes Before Your Eyes, and then Tricia Tanaka is Dead.

B-Team!

Some of the island-y episodes (Locke and Ben) were interesting, though not my favorites, and the mini-season tanked.

Through the Looking Glass. But I also loved A Tale of Two Cities and The Man from Tallahassee.

I think the finale will dominate this type of poll. :D It was mindblowing.

The Brig
Through the Looking Glass
The Man From Tallahassee

Man Behind the Curtain was quite cheesy, and probably one of the lesser episodes in the otherwise fantastic second half of season 3. the three afore-mentioned epis, however, are among the best lost episodes EVER.

Some great episodes this season - especially towards the end of the season - but it has to go to Flashes Before Your Eyes. Such a powerful, thought-provoking, mind-screwing and ultimately heartbreaking episode.

I really thought that Through the Looking Glass was brillant. Great acting and great writing. And it was really emotional. Greatest Hits was up there as well. Just beautiful, you could tell Charlie was going to die. But you didn't want to accept it. And Flashes Before your Eyes and Tricia Tankana is Dead were awesome as well.

I chose "Greatest Hits" because for me, it was very emotional to watch Charlie dealing with the fact he was going to have to die, yet not knowing much more than the skeletal outline told to him by Desmond. My second favorite would be "The Man Behind the Curtain" and it is a very close second as seeing Jacob was one of the OMG moments in Lost history.

Flashes Before Your Eyes was the best in my opinion. It was really out of the box, and I always enjoy Desmond flashbacks, though the ending to this one was really tragic with Desmond and Penny going their separate ways.

Definately Through The Looking Glass - and a tie with the Pilot for my absolute favourite episode in the entire history of Lost (so far, anyway!).
