I found what I think to be an image of a skull on the black horse from the episode, "What Kate Did". I'm not saying this is a big deal. I'm not even saying this deserves his own thread (I'll leave it up to the mods to decide whether to merge this to another thread, or what have you) but here it is anyway:

If you get the chance pop in the DVD and watch the scene in super slow-mo. It is very strange how the horse walks by while this image of the skull remains stationary as it appears briefly before melting away. The whole shimmering of the horse's coat was very strange, come to think about it. I wonder if there are other things we have yet to uncover from that scene.

Yes, it could be merely the proverbial "seeing faces in clouds" thing, although I think the image was intentional. Well, for better or worse, there it is anyway. If this has been posted before, my apologies.

Since I am a huge supporter of the "images appear" when Smokie appears (in various forms) I tend to believe these subtle images are just that. Not all important, but kind of a easter egg in a sense.

The other obvious one was the skull when Ben is approaching where his mother is beyond the sonic fence.

Too me, that was obvious. This one took me a brief second to make out.

Would be interesting to see if the skull was around others (Jack's dad, in the spider scene etc.) before or during smokie taking form.

A very interesting spot, but unless there are more occurances of this phenomenon, I don't believe that it is nothing more than a trick played by light.
