It's a little known fact that the original design for lightbulbs allowed them to burn indefinetly. There are lightbulbs in the world that have been burning for over 100 years. (I mean, when you think about it, how often do the light-bulbs in your car headlights go out?)The only reason that lightbulbs go out as often as they do is so that lightbulb companies can make more money! *g*

So, if it's not, you know, an island mystery, Danielle could have a black market lightbulb dealer... Or, she could have some special lightbulbs provided for her science team that aren't made by the evil lightbulb dealers. *g* Either way, it's possible!
