It's interesting how the interaction between the two prisoners, Sayid and Ben, play on the flash forward of their interaction in the future. I especially liked Ben's quote about Sayid not trusting his friends and then we see him in the flash forward killing for his friends. Also he says to Locke, " The day I trust Ben is the day I sell my soul." Well, it looks like he's sold his soul in the future!
