can anybody help me figure out a way to sleep during an in-class essay writing/exam? i really dont want to do it, and its not even due at the end of the period! its stupid and i really hate the class. i just sit there. i get A's in that class by doing absolutly nothing. but the teacher is an absolute spazz so i cant just sit there and do nothing much less sleep. agh!! i hate high-school...it should be optional! :starwars:

good idea, except it will be about how HE meets HIS end. its really funny cuz he is 100% canadian and he tells us these weird jokes and laughs histerically and we say nothing, obviously because they are really bad jokes, and then he says 'okay...lets get on to class, eh? okay so this is uh-boot the civil war and blahblahblah' its great really...

Well this is what I used to do, if you have long hair.....

Put your head face down, so you are looking at the desk, and put your hair kinda over your face, lean your head on one hand....face away from the teacher and hold your pencil up so it looks like you're doing something haha

I'm sorry, this may be obvious, but why don't you just work on the essay? I mean, you have to do it eventually. Wouldn't you rather get it done in school than at home? ???

I would WS....but HS work does suck, and I remember always being tired, so maybe sleep is the better option

but its about WW1 and i know its really important history and a lot of people were involved and died *yes i have read all quiet on the western front and i hated it!* but i dont know why i have to learn about it if i doesnt effect me now? all those people are dead anyhow, so its not like we have anybody to talk to about it? nobody wants to re-inact WW1! so whats the point? im not gunna use it in daily life. dont get me wrong i pay attension and learn about it, but i honastly dont care!

Yes the long hair is definately the best thing...the advantages of being a girl... :laugh: Me i lie on my desk with my work in between my arm and my body with about a paragraph of words...and doodle on the page...it looks like your working and really ur sleeping as your head is on your comfy pillow of an arm...

I used to think that history wasn't important but now that I've gotten older I realize it is, and I hated the subject in HS but I really enjoy it now that I'm in college, we can learn a lot from our past and the mistakes we should not make ever again.

I still think history is pointless and I'm in college. lmao It's interesting to learn about but pointless to me. Has nothing to do with my major. Anyways...lol. Yeah, don't complain about HS work....so easy! Wait til you get to college. Some work will be bloody easy, while some will be hard. Enjoy high school while you can. I loved it and I miss it! College is awesome, too.

Ugh try chemistry, calculus and physics... don't know why i chose my major now instead of something easier

My major is Psych and a minor in Sociology....I like political science, and I'm taking an African American history class which is interesting. I had to take a few science classes which sucked, but Philosophy is seriously the hardest class, because there are no facts its just theory, ugh!

But yes Aurora, it is much more fun when there is eye candy, and there are quite a few in my classes. One guy that sits next to me in Poli Sci is way hot, and is kind of a lookalike to Johnny Depp in a way and we talk a lot, hes very sweet, so maybe thats why I like poli sci :P

Haha! There's this guy in my english class that resembles Dom/Charlie in some way...I STILL can't point it out but yeah, he's bloody hot. I used to know this incredibly sweet guy that had Johnny's lips, eyes, AND cheekbones. ::drools:: The only reason why I like going to history is because of this other cute guy. lol

Yea the hot guy who sits next to me (his name is Ethan) he is the only reason I go to poli sci because I already know the stuff haha
