Did you guys ever here yunjim-kim speak english outside Lost. She has a perfect normal accent. On the show she sounds really strange. I'm just guessing that she is trying to speak english as a korean would who wasn't brought up in the states. I remember on the show, that she didn't know the word asthma when shannon had the asthma attack.

yeah I've seen Yunie speak perfect English in interviews......which makes her accent on the show even more impressive.

I love her accent on the show! It makes it so believable that she learned English behind her husband's back.
