Okay, spring is here which means summer is around the corner! :laugh: So, what's everyone's vacation plans? I'll go first - We are planning to go to Wildwood NJ for a couple of days, maybe drop in on Folk Fest and in the fall a few friends and I are going to have a girls weekend get away - right now it's a tour group trip to the Hamptons and Sag Harbor. So, who wants to go next? ;D

Most likely I'll be going to my Aunts house in Huntington Beach CA and of course DISNEYLAND

Summer is around the corner? I guess I am unable to see it from the stacks of schoolwork I have to do :lol2:

Anyway, i will be going back home to NY after school is done in May, and at some point this summer I think I am going to Vegas with my Dad on business.

I hope to work my hiney off to earn some money for spring semester (England, yay!). I'm also planning on biking every day, getting a tattoo, learning to play bass, and (*crosses her fingers*) SKYDIVING! Can you all tell I've become ambitious?

I'm going to a Buffy the Vampire Slayer convention in August (12-14). That's all I've got planned.

I'm going to be taking summer school in June and in July, I'm going to Cali. Other than that, I'll probably be working (WHEN I get a job! lol) and ummm....having fun. ;D

I'll be in San Diego for Comic Con in July. I hope we get some cast members there. Like last year. For now I know Javi will be there...LOL

Ah Summer and con season. Well I'll actually start with the Pittsburgh comic con next month but my favorite con is in the summer Horrorfind in August.

10 days in Phoenix, Arizona & 10 days in Lewes, Delaware (none comic or convention related, just for fun & relaxation.

Hopefully I'll be trying desperately to earn money for Tolkien 2005 in August. 8)

Other than that, hanging out with that family. Alas, I fear nothing can match last summer. :-\

I get 3 weeks paid this year, so I'm planning quite a bit. *The 3rd weekend in May I'm hoping to get to Houston to visit my sister and my nephews. *At the end of June/early July, my older nephew wants to come to Chicago to visit me. *Finally, around the 3rd week in October, I'm having some friends of mine, whom I met through another forum dedicated to the late actor Jonathan Brandis, are coming to Chicago. *We all met face to face for the first time last year in Ohio, so it's my turn to host the gathering. * ;D *Should be tons of fun! *

All I've scheduled so far is a week vacation what will probably be spend camping (in a tent, not a trailer).

I can't wait to get away from the world. I love camping.

Oh...I have a good time planned for this summer. Ok, I am going to report my brothers wife to the INS and get her deported after getting him to file multiple police reports with evidence of her grabbing and hitting and scratching him up, and put the word out in Manasses VA that her name is Sade and that she is a nasty gutter whore. See the thing is, she met him online, and used him to come over here and get her greencard. Well, now she is sleeping with everybody she can and always has these disrespectful guys in his apartment all the time and stays gone for the whole weekend and she got pregnant by somebody (not my brother) and she went and got an abortion and and got her greencard last thursday. So now she is telling him it is over and he has a couple of weeks to get out of his apt. So I am going to be wreaking lots of havoc on her and plan on getting her dragged out in handcuffs. Weehoooo!!!! *;D *:laugh:

I'm also going to North Carolina for 2 weeks and spending lots and lots of time at Kings Dominion. And whatever new opportunity presents itself. I'm always up for vacationing. And I LOVE the beach. :)

We're hoping to go up to my hometown (Seymour, Ind.) Sep. 29th - Oct. 1st.

Sadly getting a job *gotta pay for college somehow!*, making a couple of trips to Chicago, maybe even to a Lost convention...watching Lost on Wed, spend some time on Lake Michigan...the rest will be spontaneous.

Tomorrow is my last day of work for 2 WHOLE MONTHS(I am a Librarian)!!!!! :lol2: 2 whole months to sleep in *dreamy sigh*
I am thinking about taking a trip up to D.C. to visit my friend, but we shall see........

I don't think I'll be taking a vacation this summer.

I'm going nowhere. :( I just bought a house and can't afford vacation. But my parents live in Ocean City New Jersey, so I'll probably go down there for a couple of weekends at the shore. :)

I'll be in Scotland from July 2 - 30, then I'm going to Ocean City, MD for a week in August.

I can never get off of work in the summer, but we may go to Chicago in August if my inlaws house is finished in time for Wizardworld. ::) Our big trip this year is Disney, again, in December.

Sounds like y'all are going on some exciting trips! I'm jealous of those who are going to England. :P

I'll be spending most of my summer here in Atlanta volunteering at the local children's hospital and doing other jobs for no pay. *sigh* Oh well, it'll be a good experience. :)
I also have quite a few family members coming down to visit and watch the Braves! woot! :punk:
