I think he was talking about paparazzi personally. He just saw a guy with a high powered camera taking pictures and was pissed, he didn't recognize that it was Ben till after he had tackled him. The 06 are seemingly big news, so paparazzi hounding and harassing them everywhere seems pretty logical.

The same Paparazzi that would stand around snapping pictures while Diana lie dying, the same Paparazzi that will literally harass stars to no end just in the hope that one of them might snap, the same Paparazzi that jam their cameras into limos in the hopes of getting an upskirt shot of some celeb. :rolleyes:
