So if FF Charlie, tells Hurley that Jack is not sopposed to raise Aaron and FF Charlie is a Smokey Apperition (sp?) then it is really Smokey who is telling Jack he is not sopposed to raise Aaron.

This brings a few thoughts and questions to mind. First - That means that Smokey was controlling matters all the way back when Claire visited that fortune teller that told her that she needed to raise the child, and then subsiquently led her to the island.

Second- Does this mean that the island/ smokey never wanted Aaron to leave the island? Maybe that is why all of the O6 are recieving dreams/visions.

Just my thoughts, haven't watched it a 2nd time through yet.

Maybe this is the whole plot, to get Aaron back on the island:confused:

Enlighten me if you have any different theorys.

Why'd it let him go in the first place?

Or maybe it's acting on Claire's behalf, seeing as how, for all we know she's on the island wondering where he baby is, the one that COULD NOT BE raised by another.
