I'd have to do a little searching, but that image came from an instructional CD\DVD on matte painting--that had nothing to do with Lost. Someone may have tagged it Lost Concept Art, but it is nothing more than another hoax.

Edit: It's from Dylan Cole's Gnomon matte painting DVD. Not sure of linking rules here on the lage, so I leave it to interested parties to find it on their own.

Good eye! That's where I found the pic in the first place. The last reply is correct, I found out just a few days ago that it is in fact from an instructional dvd on matte paintings. Nothing to do with Lost, unfortunately. Would have been cool, though.
