I know. :( Watching her in all the scenes just made me really sad to know that someone was going to kill her, becauseI enjoy seeing her all the time like that.

This was a very touching scene. So well done, and very sweet.

I was so happy for Sayid. Finally he gets his wish. I wish they could've spent more time on this scene almost. It's too bad we already know that it wont last :( poor guy

I loved that scene. It is so sad the Sayid loses all of his loves.

I loved the scene as well and it was hard to watch knowing what her fate will be :(

Loved it! Sayid looked so stunned to hear her name, then when he saw her!!!
Great acting on both parts! Awesome scene!

I can't wait to see the flash forward of their wedding and marital bliss, even if it is brief.

I turned into one big goosebump when he walked out the door and saw her. So sweet.

I was really happy too, I always though their relationship was such a huge part of Sayid's back story and last season I was beginning to think she was not going to be mentioned again. It was really great to see Nadia back on the show and I thought the way they did it was nice. :)

Brought me right back to Solitary and how he said she was dead. Man, this show will make you wait a long time for a big payoff. ;)

I loved how they wanted to kiss, kind of kissed, and then just embraced. So realistic. It had been YEARS. And it's not like they had ever had a relationship before or something.

I hope we get a FF with them together, albeit briefly. Maybe we'll see her death? I want to know if Sayid tells her the truth about the island. I have a feeling he would....

I thought that this was the most powerful scene of the entire episode. We all know that any woman that hooks up with Sayid has a very short life span. But it was nice to see Sayid getting a little happiness, however short-lived. Go Sayid.

Absolutely touching moment... "Nadia? Nadia." Just fantastic, and so heart breaking to know that she's going to die and Sayid will once again have his World ripped away from him. :frown:

Such a sweet scene, I was so happy for Sayid! And I agree, knowing what is to come makes it difficult to smile and be happy about the reunion.

I also have a feeling that Sayid might share more with Nadia than he's supposed to, as Laura said. Maybe that has something to do with why she is killed? Just a thought...it also makes me wonder who is policing our O6 and making sure they tell the lie and nothing but the lie...hmm

I loved how he blinked to make sure she was really there. It was cute.

This brought me right back to "Solitary" as well, particularly the scene where he's on the beach with her picture. That one angle they show with the dual faces (his and hers in the pic) always struck me as odd, but I'm just glad those two lovebirds finally are gonna get some time, short-lived though it may be.

I had been waiting for that moment for so long! It was wonderful, but, perhaps because we know she dies, it seemed anti-climactic to me. That said, it was beautifully acted, and I think their reactions were perfect. I just wish that they had let things play out, instead of giving this after we know the ultimate outcome. Poor Sayid!

^ I noticed that too. Its really sad that we know Sayid's happiness isn't gonna last long. :frown:

After seeing this reunion and how they instantly become inseparable, it's not hard to understand how he completely loses it when she is killed. I mean, remember how he lost it when Shannon was killed? And Nadia was the love his life. He just loved Shannon.

Ugh, poor Sayid.

Well, he also promised Shannon that he would never leave her after they got off the island. So how would that have worked out exactly?

Actually... I guess if they were living in an Islamic country, that could work... I'm not sure if polygamy was what Shannon had in mind though.;)

The best part was when he stared at the woman's note just to be sure the name was what he thought he had heard. How many Noors could be asking about Sayid?

Why didn't the writers allow Sayid and Nadia a good old fashioned lip lock when they reunited?

I thought that was nice actually; their warm embrace signified a bond far beyond the romantic.

I was quite underwhelmed by most of the reunions though, given that they effectively represented a pay-off we've been awaiting since Season 1.

precisely why the island had Shannon go chase "walt" and get shot. So that Sayid wouldn't have to follow through on that promise and therefore never see Nadia, never get upset when she dies, never work for Ben killing Widmore's men

The reunion was well acted and scripted. I hope we see more of them in upcoming episodes. Unfortunately, since Sayid doesn't seem to have family.. oh it pains me to say this, but I think the writers may have Sayid's number! I can so see Sayid having a tragic, but heroic death. Obviously, Ben is going to try to use Sayid to get to Penny. Oh, I'm crying already!
I need to think happy thoughts. I don't want to watch the scene where Nadia dies. Too sad!

Which just means LOST is such a great show!

It is interesting that either Sayid didn't have any family, or he does but there was nobody willing and/or able to travel to Hawaii. Sayid is the only one of the original major character whose family life has barely been explored. I'm still hoping.

I love the Sayid/Nadia piano melody. It was playing in the background when they embraced. *swoon*.

I'll bet he has "Daddy Issues" along with the other characters!
Unfortunatly, I think Sayid is so unattached for a reason... not a good one. I'm so sad!

I thought the Sayid/Nadia reunion had an air of tragedy to it, or it did for me given that we know what is going to happen to Nadia and what it does to Sayid.

It was nice and warm . . . and without any real fire or chemistry. Why? Why weren't they allowed to kiss?

It's a clue.

Remember the "yuck" face Libby made after she walked away from kissing Hugo at the conclusion of "Dave"?

It helps if you've already figured out the characters are all actors in an enormous hoax.

Okay, like, this sounds so unromantic. I like it though! A nice twist.
However, for those of us who have ever been in love, we understood completely. I think. Yep, I'm sure. They had a private moment else where, at least in my mind they did.

Absolutely! Nadia is *incredibly* gorgeous!!! We haven't seen her in so long and I forgot how pretty she was, and so I don't think I included her in my recent post on the top 10 most gorgeous women of LOST.
