I'm back on the board after a long hiatus, and am sitting here (should be working) and thinking about when I saw the first episode (I was in a hotel near Yale Law School recruiting students) and where the show has gone...

It started off almost as an adult version of Lord of the Flies and has turned into an amazing Sci-Fi series with time travel, telepathic communication (sorta), people who can't die and many more mysteries...

What is the smoke monster? Did the polar bear come from Walt's mind? Is Walt on the island again? Does he travel through or bend time? Is Walt the key to the story?

In a weird way I was sad to see them on the plane leaving the island...it feels like they are leaving their home to return to a world full of s**t - I mean, there may be all kinds of issues on the island, but there are no Blackberries (that has to be a major plus!).

Where does the show go from here? Do the 6 (or 5 - Aaron is an infant after all) ever make it back to the island? Hurley once stated that they should never have left, and if I recall correctly - the others were still alive. Does life on the island go on "normal" as usual? Did it seem that at the end of last night's episode that the Losties and The Others may be on their way to unifying? Your enemies enemy is your ally????

I know I'm presenting questions with no theories or answers, just looking to start a more interesting conversation than analyzing the photo of the six landing on the island or where Sun got enough cash to buy her daddy's corporation....

So there's my thoughts.....give me yours!!!
