Hi. I am new to lost. In the last month, I have watched seasons 1-3, and some of 4 (all online). I am LOVING IT! I am not sure if this is the correct thread to be posting this question, but I am going to give it a try. Did anyone notice in the scene where Kate walks into Sawyer's room (where he is sitting on the bed reading a book), they talk about her being pregnant? Also, previously in the episode where Juliet let's the beach people in on the "other's" plan to kidnap the pregnant women, Kate is mentioned a possibly being pregnant. I also remember a flashback, of when she was married to the policeman. She had taken a pregnancy test. It was negative, but she seemed disappointed (reading her body language). However, when she talks to her husband about it, she acts like she came so close to being pregnant, and as a fugitive it wasn't a good idea. I am just wondering if being the show has tied her into fertility/pregnancy themes that perhaps there will be new developments along that line in the next two seasons. Any ideas?! Any theories?!:confused:

I sure thought she was playing Sawyer then and that she very well could've been pregnant when she denied it. Especially since Juliet said that the island makes men uber-fertile. It seemed inevitable that she'd become pregnant. But, seeing her future somewhat, it seems that if she was pregnant, a baby never came from it.

I suspect that since we ended S4 at a future point, then we will see O6 flashbacks that take place between the time of rescue and the time that we see up to Locke's death. In there we may learn more about the possibility of Kate having been pregnant.

Because they kept from the audience Kate's giving birth to Aaron, some of these references may be hints to us so we could infer that, and others part of the deception.
