Wow, interesting idea. I had never looked at the hug between Charlie and Hurley as anything more than a good job hug. I think the hug was placed in this scene as a feel good moment for the audience so we the people could experience how happy Charlie was for being usefull. Charlie and Hurley together, hmm, I will buy this if and only if next episode Jack admits he is gay. If jack admits he is gay, I will have to assume JJ and crew have just lost their minds. :shocking:

Hurley is just theperson who is a feel good moment type. Charlie did not enjoy the hug I am guessing.

You have a valid argument though and I hope you stick with the idea. I just personally have a different view on the idea.

I like the comic relief type partnership that Charlie and Hurley shared, like in the fishing scene in "Walkabout" and I'd very much like to see a very solid friendship form between the two of them, but nothing more than that.

Charlie and Claire meanwhile... I can't find the words to explain just how much I hope these two form a good strong relationship. I think it would be brilliant seeing Charlie and Claire together, and seeing Charlie take on a father role if Claire's baby survives and take on that "shoulder-to-cry-on" role if it doesn't (call me a cynic.)

First off. I hope these two are not gay. I think it would be great to have a good friendship form between them. Having seen the clips from the show coming up this Wednesday featuring these two they are very much the Abbot and Costello of the group, a great comedic pair and I hope to see them continue their friendship.

As for Charlie and Claire, I think that would be cool to see him become a father, BUT personally I would love to see Claire and Hurley get together. Mainly because Hurley has been there for her from Day 1 always watching over her and taking care of her. I just think it would be great for the big guy to get the girl for once.

Charlie and Sayid have never had a conversation in this show. I believe Charlie and Sayid have had some passing words though. I do not think Claire and Sayid have spoke either. Rose has not spoke to many characters. I do not remember Kate and Boone or Shannon having a conversation. I may be wrong about all of this by the way. Just going by memorization.

A very interesting idea. However, while I whole-heartedly support same-sex couples, especially in primetime, as founder and president of PETPB&J, it would constitute a conflict of interest for me to join this group.
