broke up, got new members, played the state fair circuit, new album due out any time now on tiny crappy indie label.. who knows

Same lead singer?

same lead singer (who just went bankrupt AND is being sued for 7 million) now how does that happen?

bummer. I think that he wrote most of the songs. I think if he declared bankrupcy his assets (what's left of them) would be sort of protected. The other members probably figure that if he were to make any money in the future that they should get royalties. suing for 7 mil. up front sort of factors that in I guess. Hoepfully he will have much success and it won't damage him too much.

he already sold the rights to his songs, and their shows are being cancelled left and right due to lack of interest... i can see it now:

Maybe not my favorite band, but I really like "Wonderful!" :D That is such a good song! :biggrin:
