Looks like the storyline might be back. I went over there on a hunch and found this (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/jericho/digital.php). I can't make heads or tails of the video. I can't see it cleary for some reason -- possibly my dial-up.
Also, this:
was on the page.
Yes, there is a video there. Here's a very brief synopsis. After some opening screens that introduce the scenario we see a cellphone. (ATT is the sponsor for this BTW.) Hawkins receives a message that an attack is confirmed. There is a text message instructing Hawkins to go to a filing cabinet. Next we see a manilla envelope pulled out of a drawer. It says "for when the bill is due." We see the black American Express Card, and Hawkins (who we don't actually see on screen) logs into a secure connection on an ATT site. He then enters a series of questions about radiation exposure at different doses and such. We then see the State Dept. screen we saw on the tv screens in 9:02, followed by videos of a guy from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine answering the questions. There are video clips of instruments being demonstrated, like a dosimeter, which measures radiation in the air. Radiation detectors, are used to measure whether or not someone is contaminated. It is explained that there is no antidote, but that potassium iodide can protect the thyroid. It is also explained that after a month or so victims exposed to lower doses of radiation, who have not died already, become susceptible to a wide range of pathogens in the environment. Cipro becomes very important for treating these infections. (Sounds like Mayor Green, no?) The last thing we see is a strike team of some kind entering the building where Hawkins is using the computer. I guess he got away.;)
