OK so if you are like me and love Buffy the Vampire Slayer and love comics, then you will be glad to hear that Joss Whedon has announced that he will be writting a new comic book series that he has basically deemed Season 8 of BTVS. Anybody reading this? Here are some of my thoughts and reactions on the first issue...

Xander picks up as watcher! But where does he get all those awesome toys? Well not toys but big computer and monitoring equipment to literally watch.

Buffy dialogue? Brilliant. Buffy dating "The Immortal" in Rome? All a ruse thought up by Andrew. There are some decoy Buffy's out in the world.

Dawn is dabbling in witchcraft and is giant sized? Hmmmm

Buffy is in Scotland in a castle on a moor?

The US Government is after her and blames her for the destruction of Sunnydale.

Amy the witch is going to be the villain? And who is her boyfriend?
