So, how does everyone feel about the resolution of the miniature cases? I mostly liked it, except for that fact that I don't know what the motives were for killing the guy at the plant and the woman. Was the woman a former lover?

Did you think that case was all wrapped up jenny? I don't think it's quite finished yet. They still have some explaining to do like you said who was the woman that went through the window? Why was she killed?

You know after all the build up it seems to me they sorta just went well here's you killer. I really was hoping that there was more to it. I still don't understand what was with the doll and why bother doing the mnatures at all. Just really a let down.

Thats why I think theres more to it. They never explained the significance behind the doll.

2) Why did he DO it?

Grissom is going to leave the show for a bit? Just imagine the perfect way to bring him back: the Miniature murderer has returned!!!! I think that they have this murderer to just drive him over the edge (and off the show for a bit, A BIT!!!) but also bring him back. Or at least, that's my theory.

I read
that grissom is taking a sabbatical and there will be someone new coming in for a few epis

but whether this is for dramatic effect or just R & R who can be sure.

Liev Schreiber is playing the character that's going to take over while Grissom is on hiatus... I guess this has to do with his headaches and the whole burn-out syndrome...
