All the major networks have some shows available online. I have tried ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox's streaming viewers.

The Fox viewer is by far the best (highest resolution, no pauses/delays). It is the only one that requires you to click to accept installation of their streaming video viewer software, and it appears to be hosted through MySpace. Maybe they have better server bandwidth or fewer users? I installed and have been using it with the latest Windows Explorer browser.

nice! maybe i will catch up and start watching now. i was mad i didnt catch the first few episodes....

In past seasons I always found 24 a little hard to follow 1 episode at a time with a week delay between each show. I enjoy watching the seasons much more when they come out on DVD (same with the show Alias)... so I was glad to see them post the shows online ... now I can watch them in bunches.
