I have been thinking that, more than just tracking the Heroes, the company is actually trying to "surpress" the Heroes powers. That whatever they inject into the Heroes actually keeps them from using the powers to the full capacity or that they have problems mastering their ablity because of it. The only way for them to be able to "master" their ablilites after getting an injection is to work for or cooperate with the Company. This goes along with what HRG said about "not everyone that has these ablities deserves them" and would explain why Ted and Matt have had a hard time mastering their abilities. It would also explain why they want Claire, Nathan, Peter, etc. And why Isaac can paint now on demand, because he is working for the company.

I also think that Linderman's empire is seperate from the Company. I don't think that they are working together.

Well, judging by the 3 minute preview clip of next episode somewhere else here:

Guessing that the older heroes, namely Ms. Petrelli, Lindermann, and Nakamura were part of a group of superheroes working together. But I don't think they're actually all that good. Nakamura obviously works with the company, who vivisects, maims, and kidnaps etc.; Lindermann is in the mob; Miss Petrelli is lying to both sons knowing full well one may explode. But ALL THREE of them might think Peter exploding is the best thing to happen.

Also, I still remember Isaac painting a large picture of some kind of monster. We still didn't see THAT, did we? Can't remember if it was in the comic or the series.

Shrubbery - you may want to spoiler font that. People here avoid that kind of info on purpose. :)

I had this theory prior to reading those spoilers, but it still seems to be feasible.
