Whoa! was that John Cusack who played Baltar's first lawyer?, the one that got bombed?

The second attorney being a klepto was very funny and original. So was Baltar freaking out over losing his pen.

I think they should've included that deleted scene between Sharon and Callie. Callie/Sharon confrontations are always a lot of fun.

So that lawyer walked around with his cat in a bag? Pretty obedient cat.

Listened to the Ron Moore podcast, the scene where the lawyer's cat jumps out and runs from the shuttle, just before it launches...classic "fast forward" special effect. The cat simply refused to move quickly so they sped up the film instead. lol.

James Callis has been absolutely incredible this season. How does an actor get into character, if the person he or she's playing is a complete nervous wreck? Triple-espressos? Drugs?

I started to forget how gorgeous Tricia Helfer is...I've been reminded.

John Cusak? I looked and I didn't see him listed. Are you sure, cause I can't imagine I'd not notice him in something?

James Callis is awesome! I'm in awe of all of the actors in this show.

I don't think it was John Cusack - unfortunately (that would be really cool if it was).

I think I got more emotional about Starbuck this episode than the last. Poor Anders, although I am glad to see him & Lee on better terms.

If James Callis or Michael Hogan don't get nominated for an Emmy this year... well they probably won't since the Emmys are rigged but they should be. Tigh for when he killed Ellen and Baltar -well almost every performance this season.

I was wondering what happened to Six. She hasn't really had much of a role this season, not like the last couple.

Did anyone notice Katey Sackhoff wasn't in the opening credits??
I wonder if Starbuck really is dead...I really hope not.

I agree I wish they had kept the Callie/Athena scene. I am beginning to get annoyed by Callie's charater though for some reason.

Overall a solid but not overly exciting episode. IMO I am sure that is partly because they are setting up the run up to next week (s) since the next 'episode' is a two parter to end the season.

Is it really almost over yet...? :(

I thought this was an alright episode. Good points included Anders (sniff), Baltar, the new lawyer (LOVE that guy!) and the quiet rage of Adama: "I am done giving you orders!" - that gave me goose bumps!

Meh for me was Lee here and his "issues." If this was the only episode I ever saw I could never understand why this guy was the CAG, let alone how come he was once commanding his own space ship (Pegasus). I'd just think he's this average guy who has probably been riding his old man's coat tail for a while... and who definitely whines a lot.

What I generally don't get is why those bonus scenes are not included in the show in the first place... My clock typically shows 9:55 p.m. (CT) when the credits roll - wouldn't there be enough time to leave the scene in and roll credits at 9:58 p.m.?

That's true. When I was at New York Comicon James Callis was commenting that the industry doesn't respect the show. Critics and fans love it, but to other "industry" people it's just another Scifi show. Someone actually told him they were sorry that his show was canceled and he said it wasn't cancelled Stargate was cancelled and they said, same thing.

The panel is out there on Youtube if you want to see it. I'd link to it, but since Kevin Smith moderated the panel there is profanity, FYI.
