The Anime Network has announced a carriage agreement (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/press-release/2007-03-27/anime-network-scores-new-svod-carriage-with-wideopenwest) with WideOpenWest for TAN's subscription-based video-on-demand (SVOD) service. New markets that can now receive TAN include portions of Michigan, Cleveland and Illinois.
