Hiram 04-04-2005, 06:36 PM Actually, I am from Savannah, GA. Born and raised there. Unfortunately, work has taken me to Madison / Huntsville, Alabama.
Home of NASA and The U.S. Space Camp. I am in the far northern part of Alabama just a few miles from the Tennessee border.
It is nice here. Not as hot and humid, and a very high tech city. But, I still miss Savannah and Tybee Beach! Ah the smell of
Coco Butter in the morning lathering up all those girls on the beach.

CapnHuFlungDu 04-04-2005, 07:12 PM Virginia! :-* Tappahannock to be more specific. And yes it was in that movie Fahrenheit 911, BUT also let me say that that dude picked THE dorkiest guy they could to put in that film, he works at the tire place and since his major dorky role he thinks something of himself, let me tell you. There are actually intelligent people here. :) So do NOT let that influence how you think about tappahannock.

Denraeah 04-04-2005, 11:32 PM Entirely too close to Detroit, MI. I absolutely hate it here but there is nothing I can do until I can save up and move out. *shrugs* I was born and partially raised a country girl, so throwing me into a big city was a pretty bad move. lol
sawyergirl2 04-04-2005, 11:54 PM I understand that Denraeah. I hate cities, they just bug me out. I was born in the country with lots of space, I can't stand the enclosed, tightness, and all the people of a city :P

Damn right! We have weather like Hawaii up here, ya ever hear of the 'banana belt'?
We just call Seattle 'The Emerald City' because they used to have the top of the Space Needle painted green.
Don't believe me? Check out the news! They say we have a bad drought coming this year!
Just don’t tell anyone, we have tourist hunting seasons up here, and I like to keep the death toll down.
