Recently I've been thinking about fate, both in life and on LOST.

In my day to day life, I don't often sit down and think, "Hey, is my life a product of my own actions, or is my life the product of some destiny or forces that are outside of my control?" Mostly, when I take the moment to think about it, I see my life as a combination of my own choices and random happenstance. I feel lucky to have the family I do. I feel proud to have accomplished...

1. The writers dislike certain episodes and repeatedly bash them because they hate them so much.
2. Matthew Fox is the only cast member who knows anything.
3. All LOST daddies are bad daddies.
4. LOST will never [insert suggestion].
5. Mistakes were made regarding the use of the extras playing Scott and Steve.

Re-reading the first part. Left something off it.

Basically, I think that Jughead can be detonated in 1977 and the Swan can be built. Yet I also think that the losties going back to the seventies has influenced events in ways similar to Desmond in FBYE. Nothing they do, even Jughead, negates the Swan or Desmond or the button that brought them there.
