My husband and I are going as Kate and Jack this year for Halloween. Surprisingly, there haven't been any posts on this thread for years, nor is there much when it comes to costumes on the net.
So - here's what we are doing! I'm going for general everyday end of 1st, 2nd Season Jack and Kate.
Took a man's polo and cut the sleeves and collar off it, for Jack. It's one of his shirts he wears at the end of Season 1, plus it "makes sense" because who cuts the sleeves off nice shirts? And, he's got a necklace with a key on it that looks a lot like a Halliburton key. I'm also making a "temporary tattoo" transfer of Jack's tattoo "He walks amongst us, but he is not one of us" to add to his costume.
For Kate I'm doing a tank and dress shirt and brown cargo corduroy pants. Just some stuff I picked up at Goodwill. I've been throwing and beating them into the dirt in the yard for several days. Kate always seems to be more beat up attire wise than Jack. I also got a 9mm toy gun that I spray painted black to carry in my pants. It makes a wicked BOOM noise when I pull the trigger. I also got a pair of handcuffs to wear on my wrist. She had to have had them on when they crashed... cause they ended up in the jungle right?
For the sweat and dirt, i'm doing a combination of Vaseline, baby oil, bronzer and eye shadow. Then putting it on our faces and necks.
And to top it off. I ordered koozies from a website printed with the Swan Dharma BEER logo! So - we can be drinking Dharma Initiative BEER all night!
And btw - I did see a jumpsuit with a Dharma patch on ebay last night. If anyone is interested!
Now I also want a Lost halloween costume, some great ideas here, post some pics so we can see what it looked like.

sounds great! I might take your advices and do the same with my boyfriend this upcoming halloween
roger work man would be an awesome costume! you could get a jumpsuit and stick the name and logo on it and a fake skeleton head from party city(one of those rubber ones that go over your own head maybe) and carry around a sixpack of Dharma beer(get the labels and stick them on) I found the labels online easily in pdf form to print out.
I hope you all can view the following links! My friend was missing in action due to stomach flue but we were supposed to be Kelvin and Desmond . I had some props as well as the costume, Dharma Amber Ale, Dharma water, Dharma Tecquila, and I couldn't believe it we came across an apartment complex called Dharma!
Now that would be devotion!
