Hurley and Libby

Was Hurley and Libby in the Psych ward? Or was it in someones dream/imagination?
So hard to tell what is a dream and what really happened. One minute we see Hurley talking to someone and the next there is no one there.
I saw someone else say they thought Libby was part of Dharma.

Libby was at the ward. That's why Hurley kept saying she looked familiar. Also, in the DVD Lost Connections thing, they have connections.

Hurley killed Libbys husband Dave and thats how they kinda both ended up there and then when she got out I think that she started stalking him
