Same here. I was looking for him so hard that I missed part of the plot. I'll watch again tonight when everyone's gone to bed.

I had to find a screen capture because I didn't notice him either. After Peter brings Walter back from the institute, he ends up on the phone with Olivia and tells her about the red castle. At one point there are some folks behind her and he's there standing in front of a tree facing left. Very subtle.
