LMAO.

Where is William The Poet when we really need him? He was not only enigmatic, he was also intelligent and witty.

Mmmm, I think on the contrary....You need to start at the beginning, read the Tiberius clues and do the research. The message is there, but you need to work for it. Of course, Connundrum has posted all the research materials under each clue, so you won't have to work as hard as we did ! If you have the time it's worth it.

Cin! Cin! A wings fan! Woo hoo! The "wing" in my name, you know.....we even named our firstborn son after Shanahan...

I concur with you regarding the Son of Cain. Tib refers to him as "hero" several times. I haven't read the latest postings in this thread (saw the Cup and got all distracted and such), so I'm off to get caught up...

I've posted the nutshell definitions first, links to my sources after.

Venetic:*
Venetic is the language of the Iron Age Este culture.* *
<there is an alphabet listed on the link below...perhaps we have seen these symbols elsewhere??>

Fifth Republic of France:
he Fifth Republic is the fifth and current republican constitution of France, which was introduced on October 5, 1958. The Fifth Republic emerged from the ashes of the French Fourth Republic, replacing a weak and factional parliamentary government with a stronger, more centralized democracy.

IFREMER
Acronym:* Institut français de recherche pour l'exploitation de la mer
French Research Institute for Exploitation of the Sea

<and here's a little gem..>

IFREMER address

My opinion?? I think the verse has to be kept together rather than studied line by line:

La mer
The Sea

Au ciel d'été confond
With the sky of summer confuses

Ses blancs moutons
Its white sheep

Avec les anges si purs
With the so pure angels

La mer bergčre d'azur
The sea shepherdess of azure

Infinie
Infinite

Of course, I reserve the right to be waaaaaaaaaay off base.
