Tonight had almost two different story lines going on. First we have the 1977 group trying to figure out what to do based on Daniel Faraday's theories and if he is right about the bomb. The next story line is getting Ben and Richard to fess up about this so called Jacob and Locke taking over.
Both story lines have their divisions, 1977 has Jack and Ellie trying to execute Daniel's plan. Kate is against Daniel's plan. The 2008 division is over Locke taking control of the group of Others on the island and living in peace. Ben and Richard are trying to get rid of Locke so they can continue their elitist, manipulative ways with their group.

Re: Discuss the Episode: AKA the Neutral Thread

What was John right about? So far it seems John just wants to do what he's told. That's not destiny, that's obedience. If it were destiny, then it wouldve happened anyway. They couldn't have left if it were their destiny to stay. AND if Jacob and John want something done sooooo badly, why don't they do it themselves?
