Gerald Ford - the key to it all?

- Attended University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where DHARMA was created
- Was President from 1974-1977, the very years the Losties have been with DHARMA
- Same first name as DHARMA founder Gerald DeGroot
- Same last name as James "Sawyer" Ford
- Changed his name, also like Sawyer (he was born Leslie Lynch King, Jr. Really.)

What does it all mean?

Re: Gerald Ford - the key to it all?

...his original name has 15 letter, 1 of the numbers.

the Losties often stumble or fall when running through the jungle, much like the President would trip, stumble, and bump his head getting on and off air force or marine 1.

No one on the show is named Leslie, Lynch, or King, an obvious attempt to NOT draw attention to the GF connection

Must be more???

His name is an anagram of FERAL DOG DR which is a clear indication that Jack is really a werewolf.

Re: Gerald Ford - the key to it all?

Follow these steps closely, please. I will not repeat them.

1. Gerald Ford had a dog named Liberty, a golden retriever (often confused with yellow labs).

2. The film The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance starred James Stewart and was directed by John Ford.

3. Of course, "Valence" is a scientific term used to describe the highest range of electron energies where electrons are normally present at absolute zero.

4. Michael Faraday repeatedly carried out experiments concerning electrolysis and discovered the following law called Faraday's law of electrolysis (1833).: "The amount of decomposition during an electrolysis is proportional to the quantity of electric current passed. For the same quantity of electricity passed through different solutions, the extent of decomposition is proportional to the chemical equivalent of the element or group liberated". The "chemical equivalent" means the value obtained by dividing the atomic weight by the valence (or atomic value) of the element.

5. The application of Faraday's law of electrolysis allowed Michael Faraday to calculate Faraday's constant, which represents the magnitude of the charge per mole of electrons. Faraday's constant is: 96 485.339 9(24) C/mol.

6. The numbers in Faraday's Constant, if converted to their corresponding letters of the alphabet, become: IFDHECCIIBD

7. This is an anagram of: FIB CHIC DIED

8. This means that Kate is really the Mole, and she is a Zombie.

Look forward to finding out that Jacob played football for the Blue and Maize and was clumsy, tending to trip a lot. One time, he banged his head so hard, he ended up being trapped in a cabin on the other side of the world for a few decades.
