Vote for the Best Villains in Sci-Fi!
Total Sci-Fi has teamed up with Titan Magazines to find out once and for all who are the best villains in some of sci-fi’s biggest franchises. Together, we want to know the diabolical masterminds who have sent a shiver down your spine and set your heart pounding – and the evil geniuses who make it seem good to be bad.
The top villain from each franchise will appear on a special series of commemorative covers from Titan Magazines, to be revealed later this year. So read on to find out how to cast your votes!

Lost Magazine
As the epic story of Lost has unfolded over the years, the line between good and evil, hero and villain, has been distinctly fuzzy. Good guys have become bad guys and vice versa, while non-human entities have also played malevolent roles in the characters’ plights. We’re asking you to think outside the box on this one – tell us whose dark side has had you transfixed, and when!

Ben voted Lost’s top villain!
Readers of TotalScifiOnline.com and Lost Magazine have voted Ben Linus the show’s top villain. As leader of the Others, Ben’s evil deeds included kidnapping Jack, Sawyer and Kate and killing Locke. Still, the distinction between good and bad is never clear-cut on Lost, and there are times when Ben seems almost sympathetic, particularly when we see his childhood in season five. An interview with Michael Emerson is one of many highlights in the latest villains-themed issue of Lost Magazine (see right). Ethan and Charles Widmore were second and third in the poll, while there were also votes for Juliet, Sawyer, Locke, Jack and er, Vincent the dog.
Lost Magazine congratulates Michael Emerson for winning an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
