Now normally Evie has nice clothes it seems.. from what I have seen but this is by far the worse outfit I've seen her in!

When I was a little girl I had this doll.. it had a cupcake hat and a long skirt. if you flipped the skirt up, it would become a cupcake.. I swear mine had a dress like that.. I just can't get that into the dress....

She looked good at the Golden Globes so we do know she has some taste. I think she was just playing with somebody on this one.

Maybe she was doing it to be the exact opposite of her character Kate. Kate's all like "look at me climb things, and I never wore pink." In this outfit she's like "I'm a pretty princess."

Anyways, I kinda like it's design except it's too poofy. But on her, it doesn't look too bad. Maybe she was holding it out the way she was it might've looked better.
