I was thinking back to when Juliet was dying, it was like she was floating between the island and her FS life..

So, what if MiB is trying to get all the 815ers together so he can kill everyone in one go, maybe then everyone will die on the island but in a sense be reborn in the flash sideways. That way he can take Lock's body.

We know that everyone has to be together to get on the island, MiB has said that everyone has to be together to leave the island. So if he gets everyone together and then kills them all they'll all go into their other lives and he'll of succeded in getting off the island.

And as Widmore keeps saying, everything they know will be gone. (because the timeline is different, lives are different.) Nothing can go back then cuz their all dead on the island

I have a theory that suggests he wants to put all the people on the island on the plane, have Lapidus fly the plane for a couple miles and then force it to crash....

I agree that MIB is trying to arrange it so all the candidates die at the same time. That way, there will be no last man standing to take Jacob's place, and, I suspect, MIB will be free. Heck, MIB may even be the person who gets to take over if Jacob doesn't have a successor.
