Is Sun's baby REALLY ok?

I paged through 7 pages and didn't see this asked, so forgive me if people already have, but:

Am I the only one who thought, "She's really hurt. Jin will say anything not to get her upset."?

I think she lost the baby.
Anyone else thinking this or am I just LOST-paranoid?

To get shot in the stomach and not have a miscarriage is that 1 in a million. I just dont trust Lost bc they pull a lot of "I just lied didnt I" moments. I truly hope its the truth, though.
