you could add tom friendly's boat that ended up with Walt on it.

Desmond boat crashing on the island.

Desmond trying to escape on the boat alone before ending up back at the beach 3 weeks later.

the freighter.

Faraday raft trips to and from the freighter

i like these types of lists and how you have all the passengers next to the cap.

Good add-ons, was going for "Repeat Sailors" in large groups. These were all the ones I could think of that had core characters in large groups on the boat...I did leave out the time-flash outrigger canoe bullet dodging from S5

Also, the slaves in the hold of the Black Rock, and Michael and Walt leaving on the OtherBoat.

And any number of canoe trips, especially the one with Charlie and Desmond to find the Looking Glass.

True, like Kate & Sawyer's escape from Hydra Island by canoe (since they are repeat sailors).
(and I suppose if you want to really get technical, Kate & Sawyer were almost repeat sailors on the Sub when they were banished from Dharma-ville)

I'd also want to include the freighter since repeat sailors Sayid, Desmond, Michael, & Jin were on it together.

How about the O6 and Desmond being rescued by Penny's boat, and the subsequent trip to the mainland by the O6?

Thats my problem... you were only able to come to the island by sub... but plenty of people came to and fro via boat.
