Re: Watching Live Thread

Darn! I put the dogs out and missed the first minute! Where are we? Who's the hot chick Peter just picked up?

Aw! She makes little hearts for her Os. Isn't that sweet?

Well...this looks ominous.

Yikes! They're...taking something out of her head?!

A phone call from...static?

Anyone else would have considered that call a bad connection...Peter considers it significant. Considering his past experiences.

This is an instance in which being able to say you're an FBI consultant might be handy....

Can you tell Peter is experienced in giving alibis to police officers?

Whatever they pulled out of her head, they couldn't kill her before they did it?

I'm really enjoying the camera work in this ep...the slightly off-angle close-up shots of Peter through the grillework in the back of the police car are really effective.

Hey-- He did let on that he's an FBI consultant...I actually didn't expect that.

Re: Watching Live Thread

I missed the very beginning, where he met Krista at the cafe or whatever. Fill me in? I only saw once they were operating on her.

It's fun having Peter get his own episode.

Re: Watching Live Thread

Her adrenals spiked before she died, because she was being operated on while still alive and conscious. Did they need that adrenaline to preserve the brain tissue, or something?

I missed the first minute or so, but she was his waitress at the cafe, and they had a conversation. They were going to meet after she got off of work, but she was kidnapped.

Re: Watching Live Thread

I agree about the camera work, Ed!

Ok, thanks, yeah, sounds like neither of us missed all that much. I guess I missed Peter flirting with someone who is not Liv. Maybe it's good I missed it! :P

LOL, LL! I guess you really like Liv's sister, then!

How about this...Newton's not trying to catch Peter, he's trying to scare Peter. Why? Don't know. But when I thought of that, I thought of this: when someone is scared, their adrenaline levels rise. Do they need Peter to be having an adrenaline rush?

Yeah, I can't stand the sister! Ha!

Maybe, but I think they are trying to get to Walter through Peter, probably.

Oh, no, Walter is flipping out!

"delicious strawberry flavored death"

Oh Walter.... oh no. I hate when he gets like this. It's like when he was lost in Chinatown.

Re: Watching Live Thread

Peter makes good sense.

I was wondering if we would see Walter this ep. Buying snacks...checking the ingredient lists...getting angry about what he finds. Poor Walter, he's in such turmoil....

"Delicious, strawberry flavored death!" What great comic relief!

Re: Watching Live Thread

Okay, I'm about ready to start sobbing, here. Poor Walter, so conflicted, in such turmoil. On his own for the first time in 18 years, scared, but at the same time, missing Peter and feeling such responsibility.

Bazooka Joe comic? Did the police partner dude drop it as a clue?

Okay, what the heck just happened, there?

So the missing cop's partner would recognize the Bazooka Joe comic as a clue, but with the excitement that just occurred, Peter will forget to show it to her, right?

Yeah, that's what I figure.
