Jacob's last living words were "They are coming" to, of all people, MiB in Flocke form. Do we now know who "they" are, and why Jacob would want to warn his nemesis about them?

The only people that came to the island after that scene were the Widmore gang. Why would Jacob want to warn MiB about that? Why would he want to help MiB in any way?
