How did you come up with your username?

I thought it would be interesting to hear about why people chose the user names the did...

if you used it b/c it is a name that you always use...why do you always use it?


ok, so i'll go first:

i really liked that ABC show "The Mole" a while back, and so when the first season of that show was on, i was in a web design class and we needed to create a user name to get onto the server. and so decided to call myself "Mole" (w/o a "the"), but it also needed to have a number, and my favorite number is 7, but "Mole7" didn't sound so kool to me, and so i made it 171...so i was "Mole171"...when i made an account on anything after that, i used "TheMole171" because i didn't like the way it looked without the "the" but it was too late to change it...

so yay me! who's next?

i've had mine for the longest time... i use it everywhere... it's from a video game... i used the handle of the main character and the strategy he used... yeah... i know... GEEK

why do i keep using it? love the games, and i like how it sounds... and the shorthand of it-- solid

^ and yet, i refuse to call you solid and call you stealth...haha i do that mainly b/c mole and stealth go together which works out better since we're daytime partners in crime!

also, my name has taken on different meanings over time...which is fun

The first portion of my name Leigh is part of my families names...its kind of passed down through generations. The number 47 was actually supposed to be 48 but I made a typing error when I made my login name...it was suppose to mean...well I am embarrassed about the actual meaning of the numbers. *:-[

if its any consolation about the typing the wrong number thing, 47 is what you could call an "Alias Number" it pops up on Alias all the time...
