Walt speaking backwards

Obviously there is a reason he speaks backwards and it is significant to the plot of the show.

There have been many references and theories posted that relate to mirrors and duality.

Well when you look in a mirror, your image is backwards (or in reverse).

Could this Walt be speaking in reverse because it is a mirror image of the real Walt?

(by the way, at least the Twin Peaks producers had the courtesy to put the midgets backwards dialogue translated into subtitles)

Thanks, simplist....i also saw in another forum as you were posting is suppose. They're coming and they're close. There is a sound bite available , it is clear as day.

Anyways, another thing about walt. Did it not seem that he led shannon straight to her death. She got up to goto him and he led her straight into a trap. But maybe he didnt know Ana would shoot, possibly he was trying to reconnect the two groups.

That or he was being chased by someone else. When we cut back to Walt after Shayid both see him, I'm not convinced that the running figure is Walt...

Vincent knew Ana would shoot-Walt may not have wanted her to get shot but Vincent isn't that sweet dog that everyone thinks he is, I bet he will play a bigger role in the whole show than anyone evr thought

but yes, Simplist, the mirror thing is interesting. Why backwards? Why wet? Is the water a means of making himself visible to those he wants to speak with? Are the water droplets refracting his image backwards? I don't know...

I also find it odd that when Shannon gave Vincent a smell of Walt's shirt to go find him...Vincent led her straight to Boone's grave. I'm still trying to fingure that out.
