Rose, Locke, and the Monster
I am really enjoying LOST, and even look forward to watching the repeats on the weekend.
When watching the Pilot again, I noticed that when they were talking about the monster, Rose had mentioned that the noise it made sounded familiar.* Is there any chance that we will get a background story about Rose, like the other main characters.* I found the actress' portrayal touching in how she dealt with her grief & the loss of her husband.* I find it odd that Charlie was in the washroom & survived the plane crash, but her husband was also in the washroom but he didn't survive???
Will there be more background stories about Locke?* I can relate to Locke, because my Dad is paralyzed from the neck down.* There was a time when we all hoped for a major miracle, but now I am just happy for the small little everyday ones.
As for the monster, I am guessing that it is a Giant Mechanical Beast/Robot, or a giant whale that can walk on land.* I don't think the monster is carnivorous, because he didn't like the pilot & spit him out.
