So the writers were being a little tricky this time around with the whispers. They start off the same as the Shannon/Sayid whispers from last episode, but then they suddenly change and are totally different! Here's an inital transcript from the stereo files, when we analyse the surround sound files, the transript shound be more definite.

She like this (3.2 sec)
Sha (4 sec this word isn’t finished and cuts off the above line)
Sounds like ‘Oh I’ll tell ya’ (6 sec)
What just happened (8 sec)
Sounds like ‘would some one’ (9 sec)
Sounds like ‘draw it in house’ (10 sec)
Lucia (11 sec several voices)
Hurry 'simila' (13 sec, perhaps a name?)
Lucia (14 sec several voices, like a choir singing and just before the gunshot)

Personally I think that whenever the "whispers" are heard, each individual hearing them hears something different (Sawyer's are related to his killing an innocent man, for example). If the whispers from supposedly the same time and place are different in Abandoned and The Other 48 Days, maybe we are supposed to be "hearing" them as different people, i.e Ana Lucia might hear something different to Libby, who would hear something different to Shannon.
The whispers in this episode were definately saying "lucia" or "ana lucia" . It was quite clear. This was at the same time Shannon & sayid are hearing "dyig sucks" etc.
Here's the audio for the whispers. Take note, this is a really quick job on the stereo track and that you'll have to listen very carefully to make out the whispers. I'm waiting for the surround sound files before cleaning things up and posting a more definitive transcript. If anyone has surround sound files on hand send them my way.

The first set of whispers, starting with relax dude is the same as the abandoned whispers
The second group of whipsers starting with 'oh I'll tell ya' is different.
On the podcast from Lostcasts.com they played the whispers from last weeks show (2x06) and you can clearly hear them say "dying sucks" and "hey sis".In 2x07 the whispers sounded completely different.
It's because the whispers occur at a different time. In abandoned, they start when Sayid and shannon are hugging and stop when she says, 'do you see him'. When Shannon runs towards walt, there are no whispers. In 48 days, there are whipsers when Shannon's running and they stop when AL shoots Shannon.
