I took the audio of the scene where Jin can't understand what Sawyer and Bernard were saying and reversed it, and it turned out to be a continuation of their conversation. Nothing important, just interesting.
Here's a transcript:
Bernard: Well, how do you know?
Sawyer: I got my sources
B: Aren’t you going to tell him?
S: Not my place
B: You should tell him.
S: Hell no! Let Sunshine tell him.
I loved that they added a Jin perspective on the conversation. It's easy for me to forget that he doesn't have subtitles like we do when they are speaking Korean LOL
It also was a nice lead in to him telling Sun that he needed her and that he couldn't talk to anyone there. I'm all about the little things... easily pleased
Thanks so much for being so prompt with that info. I'm happy the writer's didn't feel it necessary to hide an "easter egg" in their backwards talk. It would have been funnier, however, if their exchange went something like this:
Sawyer: Bernie...Can you believe the idiots who over analyze this show to death?
Bernard: I know. Some idiot right now is probably loading this snippet of dialog into Adobe Audition right now and reversing it!!
Sawyer: Man...They do have alot of time on their hands, don't they?
Bernard: This poor sap has no idea his hot Korean wife's got a bun in the oven.
Sawyer: That reminds me...I saw Hurley eaten a bun today! I'm gonna go beat his fat ***.
