I'm torn between Jin and Baldy. We had a hint that Sun may have had an affair with Baldy, but there was a line Jack said. Something along the lines of, " A false negative in the first week is possible, but a false possitive... Not so likely". So I'd say the writers gave us the clue there. Can't remember the exact line but that's basically it. So I'm sure it's Jin's.

I have got to say Jin too. The only two things that make me question it is the way that she was not a steady smile rigt after Jin told her it was a miracle. That and the fact that ack told her she needs to tell him the WHOLE truth. Did Sun confide more in Jack that we dont know yet?
Jin but the island played a part in the conception.

I am guessing Jin because...didn't they "get freaky" in a tent not too long ago? I thought it was them anyway and it seems like it would be just about time for her to start getting pregnancy symptoms if based on getting pregnant that night in the tent.
I voted for Jin, but my first thought is that there is no baby. I don't believe for a minute that she is actually pregnant. If she is, though, I believe that Jin is the father.
she has been on the island for nearly 2 months... now that should rule out baldy.... I'll give it to jin... if lock can walk then sun and jin can have kids... craphole island is strange... but its not giving her a kid...
Charlie could have gona a step to far when he snatch'd her away !?!. she was uncoinsuios for a long time when they found her, he either hit her really really realoly fricking hard or hit her a few times to keep her uncoincious, bad boy charlie if he did.
