Looks like notations "CV I"..."CV II"..."CV III"....and "CV IV"....CV 1-4...

C V?????

All Roman numerals?

CV I = 106....CV II = 107... CV III = 108...CV IV = 109....

So the infamous number 108 is referring to a missile? The one after CV II (107) was inactive after the accident?

Is the button duty preventing 108 from firing/exploding???

ETA oops, 109 would be "CIX"...thanks jocko! and it says "possible, not missile"...

Now we need to work on what all the text says and why the map was drawn.

look at the map and check out the lines radiating from the 1-2 o clock part of the map. This may indicate that the hatches are interconnected. If this is correct, then there is a path from the swan hatch into the ? mark area.

No doubt! I can make out some of the writing, but a HD cap would be awesome. Something about "accident" to the lower right of the swan station. Lots of juicy stuff there though!

Is the diagram superimposed over the topography of the island or something? I'm looking at the light blue lines running around the Hatches. Are those rivers? Or are they tunnels or something?

And does it say "I am here" by the Swan instead of "I work here"? I don't really see the word work.

There is a CV I and a CV III in there also, to the right and left of the SWAN hatch.

Those symbols look so much like keys to me. Is that a hint that the hatches are the keys to the mysteries of the island???
