Spoiler:
MR EKO'S VILLAGE IS RAIDED BY A GROUP OF MILITIA YELLING "TAKE THE CHILDREN"THIS IS SIMILAR TO THE OTHERS ON THE ISLAND AND ALSO EKO AND HIS BROTHER WERE REFFERING TO A VACCINE POSSIBLY ONE NEEDED FOR THE SICKNESS ON THE ISLAND....

The vaccine was what eko's brother said was for the village's children IIRC
