They look similar but I don't think they will be the same person. That was a nothing street thug, a very peripheral character.

Looks a whole closer than the teacher (from Rwanda I think) folks were saying was Cindy. They can do lots with makeup and prosthetics these days. I knew I've seen 'Mittlework' somewhere before when I first saw him and besides his photo is the only one that's not stock photography from Getty Images. It stands out big time from the others.

After examining the episode in question and the photograph I would say that there is a very large possibility that this is the same man, if not then its a twin or something. It would tie Locke into this whole thing in a big way for one, and secondly I don't know why people have such a hard time accepting that perhaps the Hanso Foundation might be, you know, actually like not telling the whole truth?! Anyway remember the problems people here had accepting Lockes boss as Hurleys boss? ITS THE SAME GUY!!!
