Not quite--The Oceanicair.com site WAS (and is, though it hasn't updated for a loooong time) officially tied to the show, but it doesn't seem that the writers were responsible for much of the content. They hosted the early S2 teasers--the "Not the Survivors They Think They Are" and "Falling Tail Section" ones, and provided the initial link to oceanicflight815.com. Still, since it was mainly ABC web designers providing content, I'd agree that it wasn't canon.
