Why Didn't Someone...

wake Boone? if he went to sleep in the dark and awoke in full sunshine, why hadn't someone woke him up?.just seems that people should have been awake for a long time and made the rounds of the guards..and they were only 50 feet apart, they would had been able to have seen he was sleeping...

He was sitting and sleeping right? So its dark -- you're kind of far away --- and the person is sitting up -- unless you get a good look at thier face you're not going to be able to tell if they're awake or not =D

Or thats my thought on it anyways.

I had questioned that too!* How far into his watch was Boone?* If he had an early watch then someone should have spelled him.* If he had the last watch still why didn't someone check on him?

The only reason i could think of is my own experiance with guard duty. I remember being woke up in the dead of night and told to stay in one area for 6 hours to do my watch. Talk about tired. I was trying to remember old songs to stay awake. It was so freaking peaceful that no one would have noticed if i striped. When people sleep, they are dead to the world. Morning comes and people do what they do every morning.... creatures of habit.
