Did anyone get a screen cap of the locket given to Kate (Monica) by Kevin's mother?
We know she took it off but I wonder if it has been seen before or if it has significance other than a gift from a mother-in-law. Also Kevin had three brothers.....wonder who they are? Lockets often contain family pictures.

I think it was just a gift from a mother-in-law, but I agree it looked significant - I'm not sure if it's because it was a locket, though - those things always look like they hold a secret of some sort!
I did a quick run-through of Season 1 screencaps, and didn't see it anywhere - and she left it with Kevin when she left him. If it appeared in the show before, it's going to take a lot of time to find it, unless someone has a VERY good memory (photographic memory, anyone?)!
I don't have a screencap but I freeze-framed it on my tv to get a better look and it's not a typical locket. It appears to be a locket that is attached on the sides to a gold piece that rises above it and provides the ring for the chain to go through. It seems like the locket part would be able to turn vertically front to back within the gold piece.
If you are a Harry Potter fan, think of Hermione's "time-turner" necklace - it looked somewhat like that. Hmmm .... That's weird. Wonder if there's any connection to that necklace?????

Strange. That was my first thought when I saw it... No connection I'm sure but an interesting coincidence...
so, now my question is this: since most lockets carry pictures, do the pictures of all kevin's siblings appear in the locket? moreover, did kate see these pictures (if they exist) and would she recognize the brother(s) if she saw them on the island? perhaps she saw someone of interest after her breakfast with Ben?
