C-Spine X-Ray visible after Ben's Surgery

Thank goodness I got to watch this ep again so I could affirm that I was not suffering from delusions.
I had searched screen shots for this, but came up nill.
When we get to the scene that Ben pulls his Larzarus stunt during surgery, Juliet storms out and walks past some lit up x-rays at the bottom of the observatory stairwell.
Look carefully. They are cervical spine films. Yes, the skull is visible, but I am almost certain they are of the spine because there is no film of the angle showing the top of the skull looking down on the face. The films are showing all angles of the spine just under the skull. I cannot be sure, but I think I saw a thickening at c4or 5. The skull looked either female or of a young male. I don't think it was Colleen's because she had a gsw to the abdomen.
Anyone else see this?
You can see them again when Tom and Jack come down the stairs as Juliet confronts them.
I will search screen shots again, but I have little hope.

i definitely noticed this several times. the problem is you can't see the whole x-ray wall, and since ben has a spinal tumor, it would definitely be standard to perform an entire spinal series (cervical/thoracic/lumbar). either we just can't see all the x-rays, or they are not ben's x-rays, or the producer's just though the cervical x-ray was a beter backdrop.
